Boca Grande History Center Research and Duplication Request Form

Please complete all the required information. Please note that staff response time for most research requests is a minimum of 5–7 days. Please find the minimum research rates and procedures as follows:

• Members: First hour free; additional time $10/hour
• Non-Members: $25/hour
• Photocopying: $2 per page
• Digital Images: $30 per emailed image
• Video Copies: $50 per video downloadable file, plus additional fees for research
• Audio Copies: $30 per audio downloadable file, plus additional fees for research

Payment & Policy Notes

• All applicable fees must be paid prior to delivery of request by downloadable link.
• All required research request forms must be completed.
• Fees are waived for reciprocal nonprofit organizations.
• After the first hour of research, you will be notified if additional time is needed to complete the request.
• Payment may be made by check, cash, credit card or PayPal.
• Images and archival material provided by BGHS are completed for specific projects and may not be resold, licensed, rented, or reused in another publication without express written permission from BGHS.
